For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act, ptgaming is the Personal Information Controller in respect of all personal data collected through the ptgaming Platform. As the Controller, ptgaming determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and bears primary responsibility for ensuring that processing is carried out lawfully and securely.
ptgaming operates at ptgaming.org and is accessible to players across the Philippines, including in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all other regions of the country. Questions about this Policy or your data rights may be directed to our Data Protection Officer as detailed in Section 16.
ptgaming collects the following categories of personal data in the course of providing its services. We collect only data that is necessary, relevant, and proportionate to the purposes described in this Policy.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. Where anonymisation is applied, the resulting anonymised data may be retained for analytics purposes without restriction as it no longer constitutes personal data.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by ptgaming. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer as set out in Section 16.
ptgaming will respond to data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by up to an additional 60 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it. There is no fee for exercising your data rights. If you believe ptgaming has not adequately addressed your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
The ptgaming Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. ptgaming does not knowingly collect personal data from minors or from any person who does not meet the minimum age requirement under PAGCOR regulations.
Age verification is a mandatory part of the ptgaming registration and KYC process. If ptgaming discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the associated Account will be closed immediately, all balances will be reviewed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, and the collected data will be deleted as required by law.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered an account on ptgaming.org, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 16. We will investigate and take appropriate action without undue delay.
The ptgaming Platform may contain references to third-party payment processors and game providers. When you interact with third-party payment services such as GCash or Maya directly through their own platforms, their respective privacy policies govern the collection and use of your data. ptgaming is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service that operates independently of the ptgaming Platform.
ptgaming recommends that you review the privacy policies of all third-party services you interact with in connection with your use of the Platform, including payment applications and banking apps.
ptgaming may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, ptgaming will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the revised Policy takes effect.
