These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ptgaming platform, operated at ptgaming.org ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", or "ptgaming"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you ("Player", "you", "User") agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and ptgaming. Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on the ptgaming Platform at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ptgaming reserves the right to close all associated accounts, freeze balances pending investigation, and forfeit any bonuses, free spins, or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ptgaming will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must contact ptgaming support immediately at [email protected].
ptgaming reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it determines that doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.
ptgaming is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is a legal obligation under applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-financing of terrorism ("CFT") regulations, as well as PAGCOR compliance requirements.
Verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
ptgaming aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Players are strongly advised to complete KYC verification promptly after registration and not to wait until a withdrawal is required. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being suspended until the review is concluded.
ptgaming accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT (TRC20/ERC20). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment channel and per account tier.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. ptgaming does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match the verified name on your ptgaming Account, the deposit may be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating account.

ptgaming does not charge deposit processing fees on Philippine peso deposits. Network transaction fees applicable to cryptocurrency deposits are the responsibility of the Player. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are determined by the third-party payment processor.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time by verified Players who hold a cleared real money balance in their ptgaming Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before processing:
ptgaming targets the following withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers within 1 to 3 business hours during normal operating conditions. During periods of high withdrawal volume or banking system maintenance, processing times may be extended. ptgaming will notify affected Players via the Platform or email where delays are expected.
ptgaming offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are governed by these General Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms applicable to each individual promotion ("Specific Bonus Terms").
The following general rules apply to all ptgaming bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in Specific Bonus Terms:
Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to matched or low-risk betting strategies to clear bonus wagering — will be treated as a breach of this Agreement. ptgaming may void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account of any Player found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
All games available on the ptgaming Platform operate in accordance with the rules published within each individual game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules, return-to-player ("RTP") rates, and game mechanics of any game before wagering real money.
All Random Number Generator ("RNG") games available on the Platform use certified RNG systems that produce outcomes that are provably random, independent, and unaffected by previous results or any action by ptgaming. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time via video stream; their outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) under controlled studio conditions.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that affects the outcome or settlement of a Wager, ptgaming reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. ptgaming is not liable for losses resulting from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages or device-level connectivity failures.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ptgaming Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
ptgaming actively monitors gameplay, transaction patterns, and Account behaviour for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, ptgaming may immediately suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, forfeit balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies.
ptgaming is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that empower Players to manage their gameplay within healthy boundaries. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity; it should never be used as a means to resolve financial difficulties or as a source of income.

All content on the ptgaming Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of ptgaming or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sub-licence, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of ptgaming.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ptgaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any gambling losses.
ptgaming's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ptgaming does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
ptgaming collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, gameplay, and transactions is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of ptgaming services. ptgaming does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
ptgaming reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ptgaming will provide notice to affected Players via email and/or a prominent on-site notification at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect.
Your continued use of the ptgaming Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. Any balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to seek resolution through ptgaming's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the Player Support team. ptgaming commits to reviewing and responding to all Player complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
ptgaming operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. In matters falling within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, regulatory procedures as established by PAGCOR shall apply.
